I’ve Received my bedding & although it smells washed it’s full of stains & hairs (Stains look like blood) Description is Grumpy Duvet cover Pillowcases - used - no mention of any stains. Ive opened a returns request of which has been accepted but no sign of a label sent as yet & just had a very rude response message - not a nice experience & this item is not fit for sale & Looks awful as stains/hairs can’t be missed

IT WAS NOT RUDE, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND ACCEPTED YOUR REQUEST AND I DID SEND A LABEL., I DO NOT HAVE ANY PETS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAIRS. AND THE STAIN MAYBE FOOD THAT DID NOT COME OUT IN WASH. IT IS NOT BLOOD.
