The item was listed as collector quality. When I got it, there were marks on the dress and it was all shoved in a small packing envelope. When I messaged the seller about it, she was really rude. I said it wasn’t collector quality and she said “kids can be collectors”. In the end she refunded $5.

Unfortunately This buyer did not read the description that said this was a used item. American Girl is considered to be collectors items. She got mad when I said kids can be collectors. But the fact is many children do collect American Girl items. I always offer free shipping so yes I do package in small bags to save myself shipping cost. Ebay denied her return request when she submitted because they sided with me. because she lied. Yet I still gave her $ off to be nice.
