The item is good, very functional. It was the level of communication from the seller that was terrible. Told me it had been dropped off so I drove K's looking for it. Was told to see the tracking number 3 times when I said we had not found it. Finally got off their bum and told me it was in transit then I had a 70 K trip to pick it up, that's the nearest TOLL/IPEC depot.
