This item should not have been sold without a crucial part. It is not in working order. It is missing a cable to connect the product to a computer which is quite rare. Communicating with 'commanderscott' was terrible. I asked to hold on shipping the item due to discovery of the missing part and he shipped anyway. He advised I resell the product to get my money back. He was rude and terrible to work with. Very poor experience.
