Absolutely loved the dress, colour and floaty material but unfortunately it didn’t suit me. The seller made it super easy to send back for a refund and they were polite and helpful. The initial delivery was very quick and I received my refund swiftly. The item was sized fine but due to my body shape I didn’t suit it which isn’t anyone’s fault. Can’t fault the customer service at any point - everyone was very helpful and I would use this company again. Thank you all who helped me!
