Trimmer head was missing the cap shown in the pic. Would only screw on 1/8" and fly off when operated. Listed as fitting my FL20. It did not. The thread was wrong or defective. Cleaned up the thread with a tap and got it to go on 1/2". When the line feed stopped working I opened it up and a line bushing fell apart. When you contact the seller you get a chatbot requesting video evidence of your problem. BUY AMERICAN NOT CHINESE. This product is JUNK
