Very poor service, the hoover was actually posted 6 days after it was marked as dispatched, the hoover arrived wet inside with water inside the brushhead, there is a large crack on the side of the unit not mentioned in the listing, the 'new battery' is a model made for a V7, it's also a knockoff brand and doesn't have power indicator lights, lastly the black bristles on the brushhead are heavily degraded. Not recommended

Thank you for your feedback, This item was dispatched on time, we messaged you to let you know that there was an attempted delivery but no one was home hence why it took so long. We also have pictures before dispatching that the item was in not damaged. due to an inventory mistake we accidentally sent a V7. we take full responsibility for this, we messaged you that we would send a V8 to you as soon as you return the V7 with a part refund for this inconvenience but we have had no reply..
