So I bought a very cheap, old, Soviet lens. I know that these lenses were not great from the beginning. There was very little mention about the true nature of this lens' condition. Externally it was fine but the focus ring was basically unusable. It required a complete teardown to restore this lens. The lens is the lens, but a better description would have been very helpful. In the end, the lens is back together & working smoothly now, but it took a lot of work. just be aware of deals like this.
