IF YOU COULD READ & WRITE ENGLISH THEN YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE WAS ONLY EVER ONE MEDAL, NOT A CHAPTER, IN THE LISTING. THE WAR MEDAL AS STATED WAS FOR SIZE COMPARISON ONLY AND WAS NOT INCLUDED. THIS WAS THE FIRST LINE OF THE DESCRIPTION. 100'S OF THESE SOLD AND NO ONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY COULD READ. TOTALLY UNREASONABLE FEEDBACK LEFT 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT AND BUYER OBVIOUSLY 'TRYING IT ON'.
