The headphone amp arrived in good condition, but a bit of luck was needed to make it in good condition because the seller just dropped it into a cardboard box without any packing material whatsoever. It ended up being ok, but that was very risky. The relatively low price of the amp contributed to me feeling ok about the item shipping without any protection. If it were more expensive I would be nervous about its longevity due to the unprotected shipping journey.
