First, the item was delivered on time. Second, the delivery person knew to put it in the mailbox and not on the stoop (I had a visitor who was parked in the driveway at the time). Third, the item was extremely well-preserved and considering its age (I bought it as a replacement for a pastrycloth of my mother's which I've been using for the past several years and which is wearing out) it was in great condition. Just what I wanted. Thank you.
