The seller agreed to a return and stated a refund would be processed when shipped back to the seller and before receipt ot the item. That did not happen. In addition, the seller relisted the item and again represented that it was David Yurman merchandise, knowing full well that it was not.

seller will not accept return on this fake David Yurman neckless. Compared to real David Yurman, this item is lacking in authenticity. It is no wonder he sold a new without tags David Yurman and does not accept returns, because it was fake. The neckless was missing stones and a real DY chain would have 585 stamped on the gold part of the chain. Now I am stuck with this fake junk neckless.

I gave him everything with tags and receipt. what more can somebody want. they called my item fake but also claimed it wasn't the right size.
