I take great care in packaging items, using double cardboard boxes and additional lining for extra protection. Unfortunately, despite these precautions, it appears the item was damaged during transit. It is indeed rare for Royal Mail to refuse delivery, and I am sorry this happened in your case.Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.
