    Received my product damaged. Could’ve been damaged prior to packaging, during packaging or in transit due to poor packaging. Item was only placed in cardboard and duct tape. No absorbable protection used like styrofoam or bubble wrap. Seller was contacted for a $35 refund (the price of the most cheapest and basic new frame I had to buy on Amazon). I was respectful to seller. But seller didn’t care about the poor packaging or try to understand. Regret this transaction. Conversation photos below.
