    Mauve jumper cost £14.95. Parcel sent - not enough postage. Had to pay £3.50 for Royal Mail to deliver to me. Refunded promptly by seller. Good. But jumper wrong colour grey not mauve. Seller refunded £11.45 only and said could not refund more on ebay system. Asked for bank details which I felt was not safe. Asked for refund on card but nothing so far so still £3.50 out of pocket.
