    What arrived was not as advertised. Seller was stubborn and belligerent regards replacing or refunding insisting I could still use it even though it did not mount correctly. Turned into a long protracted argument. Thank god for eBay who, without hesitation, refunded the purchase price in only a few hours of reviewing the correspondence between seller and myself - it was very clear to them that what I purchased (and needed) was not as described.
