When I reached out to the seller, they quickly responded to my concern, apologized for the mixup and offered me different solutions. In the end I went with a partial refund that was fair for both parties. Item, did arrive malfunctioning - through no fault of his as he didn't use it. Had a hidden stress fracture. Refund took all of 10 minutes. Would absolutely do business again with this seller even though the unit was secretly broken.
