Came with a mount, so that bodes well for keeping airflow roughly the same inside the case when the disc drive was still present. Seller also included - preconfigured SD card, so it was an easy enough time to just plug it in for quick test of the hardware. My only nits would be to include some instructions for installing the mount. There are some screws you need to use that aren't immediately obvious where they should go
