Seller even asked me if I think a bubble mailer is enough, and based on my thoughts, she added a thick inner cardboard layer that completely protected the product. Seller responded quickly to my questions. I would buy from them again. Product was delivered 4 days before delivery window, so it was extremely quick.

I wasn't able to use these hiking shoes for my trip because the right shoe didn't fit properly even though it was my normal LL Bean shoe size....more of a manufacturer issue than a seller issue so I wish I could return them to LL Bean because they would likely have honored an exchange on such a fluke. I wonder if the seller had the same issue. Nevertheless, they were in the exact condition that was shown in the photos and were like new.
