Prezzo

Ai prezzi dei Prodotti devono aggiungersi le spese di consegna evidenziate distintamente nel modulo d’ordine. I prezzi potrebbero essere soggetti ad aggiornamenti, per cui il Cliente dovrà accertarsi del prezzo finale di vendita prima di inoltrare il relativo ordine. Quellogiusto verifica costantemente che tutti i prezzi indicati nel Negozio siano corretti, senza che ciò possa garantire l’assenza di errori.
Conclusione del contratto
L'avvenuta corretta ricezione della proposta del Cliente è confermata dal Negozio eBay Quellogiusto mediante una risposta automatica inviata all'indirizzo di posta elettronica comunicato dal Cliente e conferma solamente la corretta ricezione della proposta all'interno dei sistemi informativi. Tale messaggio di conferma indicherà un "Numero Ordine", da utilizzarsi in ogni successiva comunicazione con Quellogiusto. Il messaggio riproporrà, oltre alle informazioni obbligatorie per legge, tutti i dati inseriti dal Cliente il quale si impegna a verificarne la correttezza e a comunicare tempestivamente ogni eventuale correzione. Possibili aggravi di spese determinati da errori nei dati non segnalati tempestivamente, saranno ad esclusivo carico del Cliente. Ciascun ordine può essere visionato dal Cliente tramite eBay, nella propria area personale, immediatamente dopo l'invio dell'ordine stesso. Il contratto stipulato tra Quellogiusto e il Cliente deve intendersi concluso nel momento in cui il Cliente riceva conferma da parte di Quellogiusto che la sua proposta d’ordine, inviata nel rispetto della procedura di acquisto indicata, è andata a buon fine. La conferma dell'ordine viene data al Cliente nel momento in cui i Prodotti vengono consegnati al corriere incaricato per la spedizione.
Quellogiusto ha la facoltà di accettare o meno, a propria discrezione, l'ordine inviato dal Cliente, senza che quest'ultimo possa avanzare pretese o diritti di sorta, a qualsiasi titolo, anche risarcitorio, in caso di mancata accettazione dell'ordine stesso. In tal caso, la proposta d’ordine inviata dal Cliente deve intendersi priva di validità ed efficacia alcuna. Quellogiusto provvederà a trasmettere al Cliente, a mezzo e-mail, una comunicazione attestante la non accettazione della proposta d’ordine e la mancata conclusione del contratto, curando altresì l’annullamento di ogni eventuale addebito e/o spesa a carico del Cliente. È possibile che si verifichino occasionali non disponibilità dei Prodotti offerti. In tal caso, Quellogiusto si riserva di evadere parzialmente l’ordine. In questo caso verrà addebitata solo la somma corrispondente all’ordine parzialmente evaso.
Trasporto, consegna e spese di spedizione
I Prodotti acquistati nel Negozio eBay Quellogiusto saranno consegnati all’indirizzo indicato dal Cliente in fase d’acquisto. Quellogiusto non è responsabile per ritardi non prevedibili e/o imputabili al Corriere.
Garanzia legale di conformità
Il Cliente, qualora sia Consumatore (vale e dire la persona fisica che acquista i Prodotti per finalità estranee alla propria attività commerciale, artigianale, imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta) ha diritto di avvalersi della garanzia legale prevista dal Codice del Consumo agli articoli 128-132. Tale garanzia prevede, tra l’altro, che il Consumatore, a pena di decadenza, denunci a Quellogiusto l’eventuale difetto di conformità riscontrato nel prodotto acquistato entro 2 (due) mesi dalla scoperta. Quellogiusto è responsabile per i difetti di conformità dei Prodotti che si manifestino entro 2 (due) anni dalla consegna del Prodotto. Oltre tale termine, Quellogiusto non sarà responsabile dei difetti di conformità riscontrati dal Consumatore. Si rinvia, in ogni caso, per la disciplina della garanzia legale, alle norme del Codice del Consumo di cui agli articoli 128 e seguenti ed all’art. 3 delle presenti Condizioni generali di Vendita per quanto concerne le caratteristiche dei Prodotti. In caso di difetto di conformità dei Prodotti Quellogiusto provvederà al loro rimborso, esclusa qualsiasi responsabilità ulteriore.
Errori o inesattezze
Quellogiusto si impegna a fornire informazioni costantemente aggiornate nelle sezioni del Negozio relative alla descrizione e/o vendita dei Prodotti. Non è tuttavia possibile garantire la completa assenza di errori. Le pagine del Negozio eBay Quellogiusto in questione potrebbero contenere errori di digitazione, inesattezze od omissioni, ad esempio relative al prezzo, alla disponibilità del Prodotto e alla scheda informativa del Prodotto stesso. Information concern Products and their Availability
The information about products are described, in detail, in Ebay Quellogiusto store. The graphic representation of the products, proposed in the store, as the imagine and the colors, correspond to the photographic imagine of the products themselves and it serves only for the presentation to the sell. There’s no guarantee and no obligation from Quellogiusto about the exactly correspondence between the picture depicted and the real product. All the products are subjected to the availability of the moment. Quellogiusto reserves themselves the right to change, in any moment, limits, quantity and/or the type of products purchasable online in Ebay Store Quellogiusto. Style, Models and Colors of the products described, can be modified without any notice. If the product purchased is not available, the order could not be sent and at the conclusion of the contract, the consumer will receive the appropriate communication
Price
All products prices are expressed in Euro at the Ebay store Quellogiusto and they are inclusive of all taxes or applicable taxes. The delivery costs, highlighted distinctly in the order form, have to be added to the product prices. Prices can be subjected to upgrade, for this reason the customer must check on the final price before forwarding the order. Quellogiusto verifies steadily that all the prices indicated in the store being correct, but it’s not possible to guarantee the absence of mistakes.
End of contract
The acknowledgement of the correct reception of customers’ proposal is confirmed by the Ebay Quellogiusto Store throughout an automatic message, that it will be sent at the email address given by the Costumer. It serves only to confirm the correct reception of the proposal in the informative system. The message will contain the “Order’s Number”, which must be used for every further communications with Quellogiusto, all the necessary information and all the data communicated by the costumer. The Customer must verify the correspondence and the correctness of the data and he must communicate promptly every eventual correction. All possible increases of costs caused by errors that the customer has not checked or not promptly communicated to Quellogiusto are at the customer expense. Every order can be examined by the customer on Ebay, in his personal area, immediately after sending the order. The contract stipulated between the customer and Quellogiusto will be ended when the customer receives the confirmation, by Quellogiusto, of the correct execution of the purchase. The confirm will be sent to the customer when the goods will be given to the courier service for the delivery.
Quellogiusto reserves itselves the right to accept or not, on its own discretion, the order demanded by the customer. The latter cannot move forward with claims or rights of all sorts, to any title, also compensation, in case of no acceptation of the order by Quellogiusto. In this case the order’s proposal demanded by the customer has to be considered not effective. Quellogiusto will send a mail to the customer in which he communicates the no acceptation of the order and the no conclusion of the contract. Quellogiusto will cancel every eventual cost at customer's charge. Occasional unavailability of goods may occur. In this case Quellogiusto reserves themselves the right to send the order partially. At the customer will be charged only the amount corresponding to the depicted order.
Transport, delivery and shipping costs
The products purchased in Ebay store Quellogiusto will be delivered at the address indicated by the customer. Quellogiusto is not responsible for eventual unexpected delays, or similar, concerning the courier service.
Legal compliance guarantee
The Costumer, if it is a consumer (that is the physical person who bought the products for purposes other than their business, craftsmanship or professional activity eventually carry out) has the right to avail himself of the legal guarantee governed by the Consumption Code (articles 128-132). This guarantee provides that the consumer, under penality of decadence, can report to Quellogiusto the possible lack of conformity, in the purchased good, within 2 Months from the discovery.
Quellogiusto is responsible for the defects of the products that manifest themselfs within 2 years from the delivery of the good. Beyond this period, Quellogiusto will be not responsible for the defects encountered by the consumer. In any case, refer to the regulation of Consumption Code articles 128 and the following, and the article 3 which refers to General Condition of Sale, concerning the characteristics of products. In case of products’ defect, Quellogiusto will repay, excluding any further liability.
Mistakes or inaccuracy
Quellogiusto is committed to provide steadily the upgrade of information in the sections of the Store concerning the description and/or the sell of the good. However it’s not possible to guarantee the complete lack of mistakes or inaccuracy. Store pages may contain typing errors, inaccuracy or omissions, for example concerning the price, the availability of the good and of the information sheet of the products themselves. Quellogiusto reserves themselves the right to correct mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions also after the notification of the order proposal by the consumer. Quellogiusto reserves themselves the right to modify and upgrade the information in any time without a previous communication.
