Finally, I disassembled one of my TI-55 and used its PCB with display and keyboard board to make the TI-57 one operational (I used the integrated circuit from the TI-57 (=CPU) + case + buttons) and since I had already accumulated a total of 3 defective SR-51As, I started to find out what defects they had. In the end I found that 2 of them have a faulty CPU (TMC0501E) and one has a faulty display
