      The cassette tape had wrinkles and a tear, which caused it to not play properly anymore.

      Hi, Whilst we are sorry that you are saying the tape isn't working or up to standard we hoped you would at the very least had replied to our numerous requests to sort this out. As explained in the email we have another tape we are willing to send. Also you haven't started a return which we also recommended. We will always fix problems when they occur but we can't do so without any communication or evidence to support this. You still have time for us to fi this please respond. Regards Matt
