      This was supposed to be a gift/collectors item but it wasn't put in a shipping box or anything? The sticky label was plastered straight onto the item which has now tore the design. The box also wasn't sealed and a note was provided by delivery service stating that the item wasn't sealed. No effort went into trying to prevent my item that I paid for from getting damaged, not even a simple delivery bag. Not really what you expect for that amount of money. Very disappointed.

      Hello I deeply apologise for how the box came it was unacceptable that it was not packaged correctly. I have no excuse but my reason is my cousin had shipped it for me as I was away I deeply stressed it needed to be wrapped and packaged. Again I’m very sorry it came like that. Moving forward I will ensure the package is sealed securely before shipping

      I was expecting the confetti to come wrapped in the packaging shown in pic. It just arrived in an envelope and i don't think it's genuine. Definitely not worth the money !

      Hello I can 100% assure you that the confetti is genuine I’m unsure how to prove this to you and I’m unsure how you came to the conclusion that it wasn’t. I picked the confetti up from the 02 arena floor. As for it not being packaged the picture in the post is a “Ned’s breads” bag and is not packaging i included it in the photo barely to prove that the confetti was genuine and I had actually been to at least one show to be able to get the confetti. Moving forward I will package all confetti :)
