Seller put the circuit board In a static-free bag, bubble wrapped it, then made a pretty crafty cardboard skeleton for it to prevent crushing. Got what was described, a new and never used Dinosaur Electronics UIB 64. If you bought this from a big box RV site, you'd literally be spending an extra 100-120 dollars, so the value can't be understated. After some more time on the charger, it was obvious that the battery pack was not up to spec. I let the seller know, and he refunded my purchase price IMMEDIATELY- the fastest refund I've EVER had on eBay. Literally, just a few minutes! Excellent comms and very responsive! This is what superb customer service is all about. Thank you! A++
