The Main problem is that the 3rd party courier DAI is not very reliable. I received email message stating YOU MISSED OUR DELIVERY, UNABLE TO LEAVE PARCEL IN UNSECURED AREA, PLS COLLECT from LOCAL HUB. I didn't see any courier arrived, travelled 2 kilometres to collect this item. Anyway its not seller's concern its eBay's. 3rd party contracts.
