    1.5 months after purchase the item didn't turn up. The tracking seller provided didn't track. Spent a week talking to seller and ultimately was still asked to wait some more. Had to request eBay for a refund. I understand postal service could have lost the parcel and it might not be the seller's fault but since the tracking didn't work and I have no idea if the parcel is lost or not, if I keep waiting it could be indefinite. I think seller shouldn't make it difficult to refund me.
