Not exactly a perfect fit for the xps 430 as it leaves a small open gap on the back panel. This is because the unit is slightly smaller than the stock psu. Nevertheless it screws in perfectly and works perfectly. Thanks for stocking this item and for the fast shipping! Excellent seller!
