Unfortunately, we were gone for the holiday (Memorial) weekend when the buyer requested his cancellation and due to the high volume of orders on the following Tuesday, we were not able to complete his request. We 100% issued the buyer a full refund for the returned kit, and funds deducted or held back were done by eBay NOT by us. We sincerely apologize we were not able to cancel your order as requested but we did provide a full refund as soon as the item was returned.
