La non osservanza di questi principi rende INAPPLICABILE il diritto di recesso.

In caso di applicazione del diritto di recesso, la merce ricevuta sarà visionata,

provvederà al rimborso dell’importo versato dal cliente,

ESCLUSE le spese di spedizione, entro il minor tempo possibile e massimo entro 14 GIORNI

dalla data in cui la comunicazione è pervenuta.

Il rimborso verrà effettuato tramite le seguenti modalità:

o a la sostituzione con altra merce a scelta dell’acquirente tra quelle disponibili.

Il venditore potrà riservarsi il diritto di decurtare da un 5% ad un 20% dal valore della merce,
