WARRANTIES:
We offer a 12 Month Return to Base warranty (for parts & labour against defective manufacture) on all NEW products
 
This does not include wearable/consumable parts such as blades, rolls, gears etc; or any part deemed by WNS to be a wearable part of the machine that would naturally breakdown through intended use. If the machine sustains accidental damage whilst in your ownership the warranty will become void.
 
In the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing fault we will supply the replacement part for the machine, carry out repair, or replace the machine entirely; whichever WNS deems the appropriate action to take. Using any of our products at a higher capacity as intended will invalidate any warranties.
 
Please note that we do not recommend the use of plasma cut material, as this can result in serious damage and will invalidate any warranty. All our advertised capacities are based on Rollforming quality mild steel, unless stated otherwise.
