I love this Hugstrosity Bear. I've wanted the whole collection of 3. I found the red one somewhere else and got him and seen the listing for the 2 I didn't have so I was so happy. But for the item being new and shipping within the same state it took 10 days from the purchase date to receive. There was no communication either. Plus I got 2 of them and paid the shipping price on both and they shipped together. Unless they were made to ship I'd understand but the listing says new not need to make.
