Didn't look new what I got it. The nickel was already spotting with corrosion but that's not the issue I have with it. I'm not sure what the issue is. . . I've never played a bagpipe chanter that jumps octaves when you over blow it? Not sure if the reeds got broken in transit or if the chanter is just that iffy. Doesn't look well constructed, but you get what you pay for and this was cheap so I guess I'm not surprised.
