CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE 2014

The European Consumer Rights Directive which is part of European Law has not yet been updated since Brexit.

i. A BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL

a. The buyer’s cooling-off period is 14 calendar days from the day after the item was delivered to the buyer. The buyer has 14 calendar days to inform the seller [Playmovilparts] if they [Buyer] wants to return an item.

b. The [Buyer] has an additional 14 calendar days from when they inform the seller m[Playmovilparts] to return the item or provide documentary proof of the return.

ii. REFUNDS

a. The seller [Playmovilparts] will refund buyers within 14 calendar days or less of receiving the returned item or documentary proof that the item has been shipped.

iii. Playmovilparts will refund the original outbound postage cost (for the cheapest postage option) for any returned item, regardless of why the buyer is returning it.

iv. Return postage is only chargeable if the item is faulty, or if a business seller failed to tell the buyer before the purchase that the buyer is responsible for returns costs for returns.

vi. COST OF RETURN POSTAGE

a. If the item is faulty, the seller [Playmovilparts] is responsible for paying the return postage.

b. Playmovilparts does not charge restocking fees
