We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and buying experience with PME Trading. Please read the following before you bid on or buy any of our items, so that you are aware of our terms and conditions of sale.
 
• We do not profit from P&P charges.
• We will always combine P&P for multiple purchases. If you win two or more auctions, please await our invoice. If you do end up paying two or more lots of separate P&P charges when making 'buy it now' purchases, we will refund any excess P&P charges and contact you to confirm the refund amount.
• We send items by courier or Royal Mail.
• We use good quality packing materials and British made quality bubble wrap.
• To reduce costs and be environmentally friendly we do use recycled boxes when possible.
• Our courier prices are for England, Wales and the Scottish 'main land' only (i.e. not the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc.). For other parts of the UK please ask for a quote before buying as items will probably have to be sent by Royal Mail and cost more to send. We will only charge the actual additional cost according to the Royal Mail price finder website plus eBay fees (please note that eBay fees for sellers apply to the P&P charges as well as the sale price of an item)

INTERNATIONAL SALES
 
We only sell outside the United Kingdom through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). The GSP determines international P&P/shipping costs and invoices the buyer detailing the purchase price, P&P/Shipping costs for delivering the item to the UK global shipping centre and P&P/shipping costs for the international delivery from the centre to the buyer. The GSP currently does not allow these costs for multiple purchases to be combined. Therefore, please note that we cannot issue an invoice with P&P combined for multiple international purchases.
 
RETURNS
 
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE EBAY RETURNS SYSTEM. Please contact us through eBay or call us on 07825 889583 or e-mail us at pmetrading118@gmail.com if you wish to return an unwanted item which is in its original condition with undamaged/unopened packaging:
 
• If the item is as described but unwanted, please contact us for a return address (please do not return items to our registered address) then return it in its original condition, in the original packaging and within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the original purchase price. Please note that we can only refund those returned, unwanted items which are in their original condition and in their undamaged/unopened packaging and ready for re-sale. We do not refund the P&P cost for dispatching the item to you or the return postage costs. In the case of buy it now items with free P&P the refund will be less the postage cost included in the buy it now price.
 
• In the unlikely event that the item is faulty or not as described, please contact us for a return address (please do not return items to our registered address) and return the item in its original packaging and you will be refunded in full i.e. item sale price, P&P costs plus return postage costs.

VINYL RECORDS
 
We only sell vinyl records which are in very good plus or better condition and the LP cover in good or better condition. We use the following definitions to grade vinyl records:
 
Mint (M)
Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played.
 
Near Mint (NM)
A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. Sleeve will have no more than the most minor defects, such as invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling.
 
Excellent (EX)
Will show some signs that it has been played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces will show some signs of wear and have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Labels may have some wear or discolouration but it will be barely noticeable. Sleeve will have some light wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split.
 
Very Good Plus (VG+)
Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect play. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "ok". The label may have some ring wear or discolouration. Sleeve will have some wear on the face or edges, slight seam splits or small tears/sticker damage.
