The customer did indeed receive a decal which was slightly different. We acknowledged this and apolagised. We requested the customer to return the decal at our expense and we would ship out the correct decal. The customer did not want to return the other decal and asked if we could just ship them the correct decal. The customer was not happy to return the other decal, they then left us this negative feedback. JAN 2024
