People that need these products and are having to pay out of pocket do not need their product delayed. When a customer purchases an out of stock or damaged product and the seller cancels WITHOUT even sending an e-mail to the customer that is unacceptable. Plus the fact that it takes 3-5 days for that customer to receive a refund.
