The boots themselves are BEAUTIFUL. Sadly, they didn't arrive in a box, and the locks didn't match (honestly, how could anyone be expected to use SIX keys to unlock these?). The seller and I worked out a compromise though and I'm a happy camper. Will definitely buy from them again (because I love, love, LOVE their shoes and boots).
