The returned material must be in the same condition in which it was sent, if the material is been damaged, i'll do an estimation of the damage and the lost value will not be payed back to the buyer. To determine the damage estimation i'll compare the material with pictures i got in advance of the same. Before the material is returned the buyer has to take clear pictures of it and send them to me in advance by email.
