First it took WAY longer than I expected to receive (2 weeks). Didn't work on my computer & I'm an Apple Specialist so I know what I'm doing (Inaccurate description on listing). Then he wouldn't send a return label so I could send it back. This went on for days. I was SO reasonable. He offered me a $10 refund upped that to $25 refund (on $51 item) finally eBay said they could step in and I DID get a full refund, had to buy the card elsewhere which shipped in 4 days and worked first time I tried!

Item arrived well packaged but damaged. Honestly, looked to be fairly low quality, but that's often PICO-BOX itself to be fair. A capacitor was broken off. I was originally asked to just fix it myself (danger aside of working on a PSU, I did not have the tools), I was then offered $10 off which is insulting for a non-working piece. A hassle of messages later, I had to go to eBay to get a proper refund. They *partially* refunded shipping, and asked me to ship it back outside of eBay policies.
