This Pelican system was de-greased, cleaned, sanded, polished and sanitized in preparation for sale. The blade was also sharpened and is razor sharp. The hardwood pusher was sanded, sanitized and re-oiled with food grade mineral oil. All original pieces are included in this listing including the hardwood food pusher. This rare attachment is made out of steel and aluminum (built to last many lifetimes). There are a few scratches in the metal surface and a few grease marks on the drive shaft but all else is great. Mixer and bowl shown in pictures is not part of the listing. You are buying a Pelican slicing system only.”
