Making an Order
 
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:

Orders are normally dispatched by first/second class mail or Air Mail within 1 working day of the order date. Please allow up to 12 working days for UK FREE delivery orders, 8 working days for Standard Plus UK orders, 14 working days for Western Europe and 20 working days for the Rest of The World.
