The harp is beautiful and the seller was pretty good about replying to things. However, it took a long time before it shipped and the shipping company (DHL, always awful in Canada) damaged the harp bag (slash marks all over it) and undid all the seller's careful packaging so that the harp fell out of the box and into the snow while it was being delivered. Fortunately there was a cushioning effect from the snow so the harp was not damaged in the fall. Still dealing with DHL's customer service.
