FULLY ASSEMBLED WITH TINY LITTLE M4 SCREWS THIS THING WILL BEND IN THE WIND AND CAPTURE MOISTURE AND WATER INSDIE IF YOU EVEN END UP MOUNTING IT (I WON'T BE). THERE ARE NO RETURNS EITHER FOR THIS PRODUCT. I WOULDN'T EVEN SHIP THIS SCRAP BACK UNLESS THEY GIVE ME FULL REFUND.
