Because cream was advertised as a hot tingle cream and there was no tingledefinitely not hot im experienced sunbed user won't buy from this seller again

We asked the buyer to return the item so we could have this tested in our laboratory to see why it did not tingle. Unfortunately buyer decided to throw away the cream. We are the manufacturer of X-Power Hot so we tested the batch we have in stock and retained samples of previous batches we have manufactured all of which resulted in a tingle sensation. Without testing the customers cream ourselves unfortunately we cannot verify claims of no tingle from this product.
