I hate to do this as I have purchased previously with no trouble.
My last order was shown as dispatched 16/5/24
Tracking showed this.
Just before delivery tracking profile disappeared from website & I contacted seller by message 3 times.
After no response I phoned & was promised a reply. This call was repeated twice more with no reply.
I again emailed with a generic reply.
eBay then contacted seller with no reply & $ refunded to me.
Communication is sub-standard & now blaming courier.
Who knows?
