seller sent wrong piece,solution offered and accepted, but seller could not follow through solution. I now have a piece I don’t need, I will probably be able to sell piece on to avoid the hassle of returning abroad. Communication was good but allways unproductive.

This Seller has definitely went the extra mile to correct this mistake and I now thank him. Unfortunately his final solution came too late as by the time I had read his message the date for removing negative feedback 24th May had expired.I hope this follow up will Help If he does not wish to carry on with solution i will understand.
