Returns will only be accepted in the same condition they were sent out in, including boxed and packed correctly within 14 working days. Returns must be processed through the appropriate channel - Buyer must contact DK Performance prior to returning goods, through eBay messaging service, and within 7 working days. Return postage cost is to be paid for by the buyer. All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter, including the Buyers eBay user id, Full Name, Contact number, Address and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved. Returns of wheels will not be accepted after they have been fitted with tyres.
 
All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing for them from the courier on arrival. Goods damaged in transit will not be eligible for exchange or refund when accepted in good condition. Buyer will be responsible for the goods should this occur. Due to variable weather conditions, wheels with a polished rim/face are supplied with no warranty unless stated. Tyres or wheels mounted with tyres cannot be returned.
