I have purchased a riddle bucket, paid for it and it has not been supplied. I have sent a chasing message and I have not received a response. I am now going to have to go through the dispute process to get my money back.

The customer was unaware of the 2-3 week built time. Bucket was not in stock so it had to be manufactured. Tom has now recieved and was initially unaware of the built time
