Shipping charge goes by the weight of the item. Every time a buyer has one complaint they always make up other things to lie about. I sold over 100 of this cover with no complaints and I use marine vinyl on all my covers. This buyer is a liar so don't believe a word he says. Ebay handles all international shipping...

Order was placed on May 14, the item never shipped (3 weeks later) and I had to request a refund twice from the seller and then file a dispute with eBay to get my money back.

This guy wanted to cancel the seat cover before it was supposed to be shipped. I told him to open a cancelation request with Ebay. He gets back to me in a couple of days and said Ebay couldn't cancel the order. I know that's a lie so I said I would cancel it. He opens up an item not received case against me. I refunded his payment and this is what I get. He had no intensions of buying the seat cover. Don't believe a word this guy has to say. ..
