The image was not sharp but a bit fuzzy and paler than shown. Also, there was a gap in one of the letters in my granddaughter s name. As it was too late for me to have another one done, due to the postal strike, I had to make do. Not as good as toppers I have had in the past few years from other sellers.

Firstly, sorry you weren't happy. We copy and paste greetings (ensuring spelling errors are not ours). Ass there is no "gap" in your text there cannot be a gap on the sheet. We have copied it again, and note that the E has less pink borber than some of the other text. That is the font and the curve, we di not add a gap.The image is a high res diney image printed onto the same wafer paper evryone uses (not to be confused with wafer card). Due to its colour images will always look different
